Focus World, Inc. was created on April 1, 1978 by the current president and owner, Paulette Eichenholtz.

Her intent was to create a marketing research company that would grow through its reliance on incomparable credibility and reinforced by the commitment to validity, integrity, and quality. The company has shown tremendous growth in all aspects. Most importantly, the ability to accomplish its growth without sacrificing the original corporate ideals.
